User‐driven supply chain business model innovation: The role of dynamic capabilities

چکیده

This research explores how focal tea companies facilitate supply chain business model innovation (SCBMI) to meet consumer demands and achieve sustainable development. By applying a case study method dynamic capability theory, we find that: (1) the end-user innovation-driven is precondition for SCBMI; (2) user-driven leads change of company capabilities network structure, thus promote (3) SCBMI will, in turn, enhance company's structure order consumers' changing demands. Our suggests that should pay attention construction proactively manage structure. Ultimately, entire will continuously adapt external changes development long term.
